Due to the nature of our baby feeding and care products, we maintain a no return and no exchange policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.
Exchange Eligibility (Damaged Items Only):
We only offer exchanges in the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange:
* You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
* Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging.
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the damaged item with the same product or a suitable replacement if unavailable within 7 business working days.
How to Request an Exchange:
Please email our customer support team at customercare@mamajama.in with your order number, description of the issue, and photo evidence of the damage.
Non-Eligible Scenarios:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect product ordered
* Opened, used, or unsealed items
